Here is a snapshot for talking to a Siemens Hipath 3000 PBX with a network connection (TCP). No need to sign up to this website to test it out - only when you want to ask questions in the forum.

Read the README.txt file for a little bit of info. Just run java -jar cstaserver.jar after you unzip the file (adjust the settings in the conf file for your network)
