Let's be clear.

You are free to create your own commercial and proprietary applications from O-CSTA software. The chosen license, LGPL, provides for this. It also allows you to create and integrate other GNU GPL/Apache/BSD/Mozilla/Other licensed projects (some software licenses may require O-CSTA software to be used with helper applications and classes).

You will go to the getting started page and dowload the JAR files when they become available.

Any code, comments, criticisms and words of advice to improve this project are welcome. The aim is to create the best CSTA software available simply because it benefits everyone.
